Brasserie Popihnは、オーナーのArnaud Popihnから名付け、フランスのヴォーモンに2016年に創立された。Popihnはブルワリーを立ち上げてからフランスのクラフトビール業界をリードしていて、ビール業界を進化させようとしている。ヘッドブルワーのGunther Olthraは、飲み手が求めるビールではなく、自分自身が1ヶ月後に飲みたいビールを仕込む。Popihnのロゴはフィボナッチ数列でアルファベットの”P”を表しながら、Popihnのいつもより優秀なビール作りへの探索を示している。

Brasserie Popihn, named after the owner Arnaud Popihn, is located in Vaumont, France, where they have been brewing beer since 2016. Since their start, Popihn have been the leaders of the French beer scene and are constantly trying to evolve it. Rather than trying to brew what the customer wants, headbrewer Gunther Oltra brews beer that he himself would want to drink in a month. Their logo is the fibonacci sequence which forms the letter P and represents their endless search for excellence.
