Left Handed Giant was founded as a small 200 liter brewpub in Bristol in 2015. In 2017 they started a crowdfunding project in their local community to expand their production, and in 2019 they opened another brewpub in the center of Bristol. They produce around 4000 hl of beer per year, and more than 70% is sold at their own venues in Bristol.
